About Kendra Oden

Kendra Oden is a Houston native. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Houston and specializes in Marketing and Sales with a background in Interior Design. Her early career experience began in Managerial Business Development and Sales in Oil and Gas. Kendra has been practicing residential real estate since 2013, and founded ODEN HOUSE ASSOCIATES in 2016. She wanted to be able to offer her clients turnkey dwelling solutions to differentiate herself from other realtors or interior designers.

ODEN HOUSE ASSOCIATES offers residential real estate, interior design and estate sale solutions. We offer a wide array of services from helping to sell your house and everything in it, buy a new house, staging, or complete interior design and decorating. ODEN HOUSE ASSOCIATES partners with several companies in the Houston area to ensure the best service for every offering. These partners include our real estate partner Emerald Estates Properties, our staging partner is Reeve’s Art + Design, and our estate sale partner Reeve’s Estate Sales. As an interior designer, our philosophy is to design based on what the client loves and makes them happy. We want to ensure that the design is functional, livable, a good investment, and is cohesive to their style. Ultimately, the client has to live in this space, and we want to do everything possible to make them happy!
